With the constant growth of zombie films, and the fans who love them, director Alexandre Philippe turns his camera on the trend with his film, Doc of the Dead. Beginning with George Romero, Philippe looks at what has shaped the current incarnation of the zombie, as well as the reasons behind the undead becoming such a huge part of pop culture. The Film Reel had a chance to speak with Alexandre about his film, what he considers a zombie, and why some people seem to be preparing for an actual outbreak.
